These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the http://artbuzz.it/ website (the 'Site') and your relationship with Art Review Limited ('Art Review', 'we' or 'us'). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the Site. - The Site is provided to you for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Site.Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Site. - The Site allows you to submit text content for inclusion on the Site ('User Material').Whilst Art Review does not control the submission of User Material, we do reserve the right to delete, move and edit any User Material submitted at any time.Publication will be at our discretion.If we delete, move or edit your User Material you will have no right to compensation.
- 6. Restricted Material
- 1. You are solely responsible for the material you submit to the Site and by submitting any User Material you agree to follow these rules.You may not submit any User Material which:
- 1. advertises or promotes any goods or services;
- 2. reveals any confidential or sensitive information including any personal information including but not limited to telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses;
- 3. contains or links to any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material which is deliberately intended to upset other users;
- 4. contains any material which you do not have permission to use (including material which may be protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights or any other form of intellectual property right);
- 5. contains viruses or any other components with harmful or contaminating effects on the Site or any equipment connected to it;
- 6. contains any data that will impair our Short Message Service ('SMS') provider�s network, computer system or infrastructure;
- 7. contains any material that would bring the name of our SMS provider into disrepute or otherwise have an adverse effect on our SMS provider, its name or brand; or
- 8. impersonates any living person.
- 2. You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause 6.
- 7. Licence to Use Material
- 1. You retain ownership rights in the User Material submitted by you. By submitting material to the Site you are granting Art Review a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute in connection with the provision of the Site and Art Review�s business in any format and through any media channel and to allow others to use any material you submit in whole or in part or in any form.We will try to credit authors of the material where possible, but cannot guarantee to do so.
- 8. Disclaimer
- 1. The Site contains material submitted by others over which Art Review has no control.We have asked all users to follow these rules but cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of other material.You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.We do not endorse any of the material published by any others on the Site.Links to other websites may be included on the Site, their inclusion does not mean that those sites are endorsed by Art Review.If you access any third party sites you do so at your own risk.
- 9. Submission of User Material by SMS
- 1. If you choose to submit User Material by SMS to the number displayed on the Site, the cost to you of each SMS message you send will be determined by your third party network operator.You should ensure that you are familiar with such cost before using SMS in conjunction with the Site.
- 2. You understand that any SMS message you send to be displayed on the Site will first be uploaded to our SMS provider�s website (which is not publicly visible) and then streamed to the Site.
- 3. You should always check what SMS number is displayed for use on the Site.It may change from time to time and we accept no responsibility for any loss you suffer as a result of using an SMS number that is not current.
- 4. We will also not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed SMS messages that you send to the Site.
- 10. Intellectual property
- The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database right and other intellectual property rights. - 13. Art Review�s right to suspend or cancel your registration
- 1. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at online@artreview.com.If you do so, you must stop using the Site.
- 3. If your registration is cancelled or suspended, we reserve the right to delete all User Material provided by you.In this situation you have no right to compensation.
- 4. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
- 14. Art Review�s liability
- 1. The Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while Art Review tries to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content.If Art Review is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
- 2. If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a direct and foreseeable consequence to both of us.Our liability shall not in any event include lost data, lost profits (whether direct or indirect) or any interruption of your business.
- 3. This clause 14 shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from something we do negligently causing death or personal injury.
- 15. Advertising and Sponsorship

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

- These terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.

- 12 Supply of items through the Site Online Store
- 12.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
- 12.2 The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated . Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
- 12.3 We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, you may cancel the contract for purchase by contacting online@artreview.com within seven working days of delivery of the items to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging to 1 Sekforde Street, London EC1R 0BE, UK. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost. When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item, we will refund the price paid by you for that item or at your request if the item is defective will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item. We will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you unless you are returning an entire order.
